It’s simple! USREI pays you cash today for a share of your property’s future appreciation. USREI also is granted the first right of refusal to purchase your home whenever you decide to sell.

You keep all of your existing equity in your home and are free to enter into any other home financing agreement.

USREI shares in the risk of your residential property. When you decide to sell your home, if it has appreciated in value, USREI shares in that appreciation. If the value of your home falls and there is no appreciation, USREI absorbs the real estate investment fee it has paid you at no cost to you.
